Each module comes with its own workbook chapter — exercises, reflection space, and a weekly practice tracker — so the work continues long after the video ends.

How It's Structured

Phase One

Uncovering

Slowly separating what you are from what you've been taught to believe about yourself.

Identity — The Original Love Story

Beneath the roles, qualities, and stories you've accumulated is an Innate Self that has never changed. This module begins there — rediscovering who you were before the layers began.

The Courtship of Belief

Every belief was once an innocent conclusion — formed from early experience, family, and culture. Here, you learn to see where those beliefs came from, and reframe the ones no longer serving you.

The Illusion of Seeing Clearly

Perception isn't neutral — it's coloured by belief, emotion, and memory, and your mind treats imagination as real. This module reveals how triggers point to hidden beliefs, and how a small shift in perspective changes everything.

Understanding

Seeing how reactions, self-talk, and attention quietly shape your everyday experience.

Between Stimulus and Self

Strong reactions aren't flaws — they're signals. This module explores the pause between stimulus and response, where awareness creates room for a different, more conscious choice.

Whispers Between the Lines

The words you say to yourself shape your body, emotions, and choices. Here, the critical inner voice is transformed into the compassionate voice of your Inner Ally.

The Gatekeeper of Reality

Your brain has a spotlight — deciding what you notice and what you miss. This module shows you how to take hold of that spotlight, so it starts working for you instead of against you.

Phase Three

Integration

Turning inward work outward — into relationships, judgment, and daily life.

The Mirror of Projection

What irritates you in others often reflects something unclaimed in yourself. This module turns triggers into mirrors — reclaiming disowned parts of who you are.

The Weight of the Gavel

Judgment is a habit, not a truth. This module traces where your standards for others really came from, and offers a kinder practice: witnessing instead of condemning.

The course ends at eight modules — but the practice doesn't have to. Join weekly live sessions with other students, a space to stay connected and keep integrating what you've learned.
